NEW CLIENT SCHEDULING POLICY


In order to book your first reservation for luxury hand ​tied hair extensions there is a 50% retainer required. This is ​non-refundable. Retainers goes toward the over all cost ​of the extensions service. The remaining balance will be due ​the day of your service. If the scheduled appointment ​violates the cancellation policy, the deposit is forfeited

CANCELLATION POLICY:


I understand that my cancelation policy is strict.

I hold your appointment just for you and my time is very ​important to me.


CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE:


If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your ​appointment within 72 hours of your service, you will be ​charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file ​will be charged. If there is not a card on file for you, an ​invoice will be sent for the cancellation fee. You will have ​24 hours from receiving the invoice to pay it. A new ​appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation ​fee is paid.


* If this is your first appointment, you must pay the ​cancellation fee and a new non refundable deposit will be ​required to rebook.


NO CALL/NO SHOW:


If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, ​your card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment ​total. a non-refundable deposit will be required to book ​future appointments..


LATE/TARDY POLICY:


If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your ​appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you ​will be able to rebook your appointment.

Please understand that it is YOUR responsibility to remember your appointment dates and ​times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. As a courtesy, my ​scheduling site, glossgenius sends email confirmations (72 hours) & text reminders (24 hour​s) prior to your appointment. Please make sure I have your updated email and cell number​ so you can continue receiving appointment notifications. You are always welcomed to text m​e 214-206-7705 to double check any appoint​ments if you're unsure!

I ALWAYS want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. I ask that if you are not satisfied, you contact me within

5 days of your appointment and I will be happy to make any tweaks needed to achieve the look originally agreed ​upon during the initial appointment. Changing your mind is your prerogative, but requesting a new look will be ​considered a new service and charged accordingly.
